$1500~ Rylee Traditional Yorkie - DOB 8/15/24

• Here is Rylee. He is just over one year old
• He is a beautiful Traditional boy and will bond well with you.
• He loves to sit with you and follow you around the house.
• He will need to be neutered.
• He had surgery on his back hip joint and won't be breeding. Vet said he is doing great. He is running around making himself known.
• His weight is 5lbs. 
• For grooming, He needs a relationship with you. He is jealous when other dogs go before him. He climbs up my leg to be on the grooming table.
• He has had his puppy vaccinations and been wormed.
• Please make an appointment to meet him.

• This is 11 months old, Koko. He is a chocolate-and-white Biro Biewer. 
• He is very sweet. Loves to sit on your lap or next to you.
• He is a little shy, and it takes some coaxing to get to know him.
• Koko is 11 months old (11/6/25) and is looking for a new friend.
• His weight now is 3 1/2 lbs. He may reach 4 lbs, but we shall see. He is young yet.
• He is happy staying in an Iris pen during the day when you are around. Then at night, he sleeps in a crate in my room, with a grated pee tray in his crate. He uses a washable pee pad as well. He can also go out the dog door to the patio with the other dogs to do their business. I don't let him run the house, though.
• He will need to be neutered.
• He will come with a vet check-up health report, if you desire, and all his shots except for Rabies.
